One of the most famous reasons for the gap between authenticity and our self-image is emotion.
We will use the brain array to explain the difference. If a thought arises in our mind, we are aware that it arose, and only then do we think it.
Conversely, the order is reversed if we feel a certain emotion, regardless of whether we label it as positive or negative. We feel it and only then are we aware of it.
Therefore, the brain is a more available system, we use it much more than the heart to understand things.
In contrast, the heart is an array with a broader approach to managing ourselves. We are mostly run by our emotions but use our minds to tell ourselves that we are running them.
The purpose of this article is to create order exactly in the plotter in front of you.
What is the authentic use of emotion during your journey of development and transition of life lessons?
Emotion is a temporary thing and time does belong to the earth, but why do we have emotion?
What is its spiritual aspect? How can you use this aspect to free yourself from the paradigms of lack and soul that you created for yourself when you believed that resources were limited?
First step: the difference between heart and mind-
The first step begins in your childhood. When you were little children you believed that your parents were the ones whose job it was to guide you in the world. At some point, at the average age of 5-6, you discovered a strange belief that all the adults around you believed in and you concluded that it was true. This belief means that resources are limited and that not every wish of yours should or will come true.
A soul’s heart cannot contain it. At that moment your heart became a human heart and created the soul.
The role of the mind can be understood through the role of the heart. The role of the heart and emotions is to aim at the most authentic desire, the more authentic the desire, the brighter the feeling towards it.
Belief in lack and limited resources eliminates this clarity. The function of the mind is to explain the lack of realization of the emotion that the heartfelt. That is, why the desire that that emotion pointed to will never lead to fulfillment.
The mind emphasizes that this is an endless journey that we need to acquire sufficient abilities to reach. It holds acquired emotions that we have learned to feel during life such as shame, guilt, expectation, and disappointment, but also self-worth, pity, and belonging.
Many people use the mind as a motive for development. But she cannot feel better and will always renew her lack.
After we have separated heart and soul, we can move on to the next step:
Second step: regulation-
We feel from the heart when we are directed to the desire and fulfillment of a certain area.
On the other hand, we feel from the soul when we experience a lack of any kind: lack of value, lack of focus, lack of belonging, and more. In the second stage of the developed use of the heart system and after we have recognized the difference between the heart and the soul we must regulate each of the systems that we feel through them at
that moment.
If we feel from the soul: we must recognize the need that sits beneath the lack.
To understand why we haven’t given him an answer until now and to give him a different answer than to feel through him and let him limit our will.
If we feel from the heart: we must connect intuition to it. That is to understand in what way the intuition connects to the heart and how the desire that the emotion speaks of at that moment can be realized through the brain.
The heart needs the other systems, the mind and intuition, and leads them wonderfully.
The essence of his job is teamwork. That’s why it’s worth keeping it united with the rest.
Third step: free choice-
The first law that establishes our relationship with the soul is the law of free choice. We have every right to choose the feelings, beliefs, and stories behind them in every moment. As soon as we fully separate the mind from the heart, and know where to steer each system that controls that moment, we control the situation.
From this control, it is possible to concentrate and focus attention on the body to import from it any emotion or belief that will support our desire, just as you choose in your day-to-day life – in the simplest way.
At the end of all these stages and with training on them in every situation, your heart will be a full partner and an authentic leader in your development journey.
