Cognitive healing, mind healing and self-worth – what is the difference between healing and feeling good?

We can feel an illusion of healing during our spiritual development. Just trying to avoid certain experiences may feel like an escape to us. The element of escape takes over one’s free choice and may be seen as development. In practice, we run away from our healing relationship with the body. A relationship in which we see ourselves as a non-exclusive center. That is, we understand that the way the authentic essence is realized on Earth is the space where our reality happens. At the same time, this authentic essence does not belong to us. We are part of a force much greater than ourselves that we came into the world to serve. The service of the power greater than us is actually the realization of our vision on earth – an application of the inner raw knowledge in full cooperation with the soul. Many people use the motive that led them to develop spiritually as a goal: to heal certain parts of themselves. Think of it like a box full of valuables. As soon as you move the box, just as the pain moves you, all the objects will come out. This is the movement that the pain creates. Please note that this article will discuss the illusion of healing.
The change you will go through following this article will be a transition from final goals – which are results, to goals which are a change in way, perception and way of thinking. Personal development is infinite and moves on the axis of expanding our personal frequency for collective impact.
Use this article to identify your warning signs.

Illusion of healing

The human mind works just like glue. Energy that was previously in consciousness, but took on a different configuration in front of human consciousness, sticks to it. That is, the same energy with a different content. As soon as we ask for healing for ourselves, we recognize one of two situations:

  1. Human consciousness has become attached to previous information in a way that makes a person feel constricted.
  2. Human consciousness creates a situation of giving up the path instead of adapting it to the desired result. So we give up subjects that we feel are difficult for us to carry out.
Your healing is not an illusion, unless you change its purpose.
In practice, the healing is based on an immediate connection between the inner reality and the outer reality. Therefore, your first warning sign of limited healing is limiting the outcome of the healing to be finite and not to change the way of thinking endlessly.
In practice, this warning sign is reflected in the second type of need for healing. That is, people who give up values like effort, desire, request, boundaries or hierarchies just because they couldn’t get along with them in the past.

Myths about self-healing

The second illusion about self-healing is myths. Healing is out of control and that is natural. In practice, getting out of control causes most people to cling to a certain goal that awaits us at the end of the road. Healing is a way, as mentioned in the first illusion. Healing is not an outcome. So when we try to hold on to a certain result, we decide in advance what the healing should look like. In practice, healing is a change through thinking, feeling, intuition and connection to the soul. We do not yet know the future version of ourselves when the healing is finished. Therefore, we cannot afford to draw conclusions from the current version. We must understand that healing applies to the whole authentic essence that we are and not just to a certain part of us. We are all changing to grow into the new version of the collective frequency that sustains us.

Does self healing work?

Self healing works all the time. We don’t need to feel the need for healing to heal ourselves. As long as healing is not the absence of pain, self-healing works on us all the time, it is a natural mechanism of the body. As long as we do not disturb him, he will take part in our life freely. There are some disorders that it is important that we pay attention to:

  1. Unmet needs – As soon as there is an unmet need, the first thing that is affected is the healing. The healing mechanism goes wrong and responding to the need becomes our healing in our own eyes.
  2. Incitement and influence – we can be influenced by other people without noticing the differences between us. Differences can be perceived as threatening unity.
  3. Adjustment – we don’t have the possibility to know all the time what we want and not adjust things to the environment. Equally, we do not have the possibility to receive information from the environment without adapting it to who we are. Misaligned information is information that blocks the ability to heal.

Symptoms of an illusion of healing – self-worth

One of the reasons why people strive for self-healing is to conform to certain criteria and standards. We may think that a goal we want to achieve is sufficient or insufficient in relation to the standards we want to meet.
Therefore, we may measure our abilities in the way we recognize the fulfillment of these criteria. This measurement is called eigenvalue. Whether we are satisfied or dissatisfied with the criteria, we block our soul from giving us information, potential and energy when we “measure” ourselves. Self-worth is not measurable. We cannot measure ourselves because measurement is judgment. Judgment does not exist for positive or negative in the world of souls. We can measure our distance and not our value.

Coping with disappointment from self-healing

Most people use the past to make inferences about the present and thus predict the future. We can feel small and unable to face reality and its forces to influence our lives. One event is enough, on the scale we are measuring, to blow us out of proportion. The encouraging message about disappointment is that it also stems from a need to measure our self-worth. Once we realize that our self was created as it is for a certain role. That is, for the realization of the raw knowledge in the way we undergo training in our life lessons, expectation and disappointment become acquired feelings that come from our mind. Tools of judgment that are no longer needed. All this out of personal responsibility for our development and cooperation with the decisions of our soul regarding the life conditions we face.
Pay attention – it is important to distinguish between healing and passing a life lesson! You can do this by checking what from the topic affects your decision making. Healing enters into our character while a life lesson creates a gap between the desired to be found in our lives.

How to distinguish between real healing and illusion?

In addition to warning signs, here are 5 elements of healing that you can use to distinguish true self-healing from an illusion:

  1. Self-healing is a way and not a result.
  2. Self-healing will show you possibilities for the universal growth of who you are and will not treat specific symptoms.
  3. Self-healing will not judge, measure, or want to change you. It will add options to your free choice basket.
  4. Self-healing will allow you to measure what is happening around you through the authentic feelings, thoughts and desires that are available to you and not through predetermined criteria.
  5. Self-healing is the soul’s way of revealing to you more parts of your raw inner knowledge.
