One of the most surprising conclusions that people encounter as they develop is that they are not motivated to solve every problem they encounter. Many of you will have difficulty identifying with the premise of this article because it contradicts the most basic need of your mind: to take care of every problem you encounter.
In contrast, in this article I will review the claim that not every problem you encounter during your personal development is a problem that you will strive to solve or that you will want to solve.
This type of problem will grow and grow until it reaches the fourth stage of your life lesson: the physical problem. Once an untreated problem manifests itself in the physical body, your soul will leave it in the physical body in various symptoms until you choose to treat it from the root.
Various phenomena prevent people from dealing with problems: self-worth, fear of change, wrapping the problem in justified excuses, and more.

Before I review the phenomena that prevent people from dealing with their problems and even cause them to explain why they should not solve them, I will focus on the wrapping of explanations.
The three main examples of wrapping explanations are:
- Explaining a harmful behavior pattern as a defense mechanism – people who examine what they gain from the situation and explain it through self-defense.
- Self-convincing that any change in the situation will lead to a change in your self-worth in the eyes of others and then in your own eyes.
- Emotional fear instead of cognitive fear – your brain creates fears through the ego. That is, your ego explains why the brain failed to solve a certain problem and connects the explanation to your self-worth. As long as you take fear to heart, any change arouses danger in you.
Note: Fear of change is not a reason not to solve problems, it is the title of many aspects that shy away from re-establishing self-identity within awareness.
In order to identify the problems you don’t want to solve and open up the possibility of a solution, you need to identify 3 automatic substitutions that occur in the subconscious:
Step 1: You switch to feeling from the brain instead of feeling from the heart
A problem that you are afraid to solve puts your heart in distress. Emotional distress is expressed in emotional flooding. As a result, your heart uses the oldest and most available defense mechanism: closure. As soon as your heart closes, the attention of your consciousness switches to the brain and you begin to activate it.
The brain takes on many roles that are not suitable for it, but emotions are the most difficult for it. Infinite energy waves that lack a defined pattern require the brain to solve the new “problem” that has entered its field of consciousness. Therefore, the brain creates a deliberate distance until it knows how to deal with the new knowledge that has entered it. As a result, you will begin to tell about the emotions that you feel and not feel them.
The difference between a story about the emotion and the emotion itself is information that your brain does not have a receptor to contain. With this strategy, feelings that require deep and immediate healing will become a story that aims to ground your self-confidence in the current situation.
Step 2: You believe your thoughts as a solution to uncertainty
One of the results of feeling from the brain is uncertainty. As long as you feel from the brain, its consciousness does not know when the need to explain your feelings will end. This internal lack of knowledge leads to external lack of knowledge through generalization. In other words, the reason your brain does not know how to explain the feelings that entered it creates a generalization. Your brain creates a new belief: you will not be able to explain anything that is happening to you. Uncertainty is also new information for your brain system.
It has no receptor to place the information on. Therefore, your brain begins to activate the memory system: past conclusions, knowledge, experience, and all types of data that are inside your brain are mobilized to create answers to the uncertainty that your brain faces. At this stage, you believe your thoughts and create scripts. Positive and negative scenarios that you are convinced will happen if you solve the problem in front of you. Note that these are not necessarily fears but also scenarios that can be more pleasant than you are able to contain.
Stage 3: Changing the way you think
You continue to create thoughts and believe them at this stage. These thoughts are so based on your memory, knowledge and experience that it is almost impossible to recognize that you created them. As long as these thoughts become collective and you find other people who believe in them, it is a sign that they have a stronger basis for you.
At this stage, the problem begins to interfere with your lifestyle. You understand without choice that you must change the way you think, not its content, to ensure that you solve the situation and that the problem does not repeat itself in the future.
You have the option to solve the problem without going through these 3 stages. But in order to do so, you must change the goal of your development. Note that the new goal will be based on the energy template: I seek to be honest with my principles and free to choose my values.
This energy template will help you avoid suffering and pain and not turn them into a driver for development.
Your routine does not exist, you are responsible for creating it according to the principles you have accumulated to fulfill your role in the world.
