The inner world of people is a mirror of the outer world. When we want to understand our lesson, we look at how we behave toward ourselves and how reality behaves toward us. Before we came into the world, we received 3 gifts that would help us understand the answer to this question. There are three points of view that we can use to look at reality from a spiritual point of view, despite the human forgetfulness of who we are and where we came from as souls:
The brain array is the most famous in practice. His role is to solve problems and create strategies for the implementation of feelings and desires that should be expressed. The familiar brain system is supposed to think like this, but it is not so. The heart is the one that thinks and creates theories around the desires of intuition. Preconceived ways of thinking, collective norms, and patterns give the mind much more power than it is capable of. The brain is responsible for the question “How?” And not to the question “What?”
The heart array – The heart and emotion array is the quietest. His job is to feel the collective and personal feelings and thus build a story around the desire inherent in intuition and connect the desire to reality. The emotional array includes the connection to the collective consciousness through general emotions and the personal connection to the soul’s preferred method of execution and conclusions from the spiritual lessons through the array of personal emotions.
The intuition array is the largest and most ventilated array in the system. Including the will and all the personal knowledge of the soul that man forgot before he came into the world. After completing the lessons of life, the intuition opens and there is a complete union between the person and the soul. This union is called remembrance and it leads to the realization of the soul’s role on earth
In addition to these three innate arrays, two more are acquired during life. Over time, the child with the 3 arrays discovers the gap between the world of souls and the earth: the desire does not always come true, the outer world does not always understand the inner world, and there is life alongside a deep longing for the general unity of souls.
As a result, two more arrays are born-
The mental array – an array whose function is to contain feelings of lack. That is, to tell a story around the emotion that comes from the heart and question it with the help of the inner forces before the outer forces question it. Every emotion that is felt in the soul becomes an emotion that enters into a closed circle and, as a result, lacks: self-worth, shame, guilt, expectation, disappointment, and more… These are acquired emotions that create the soul for a person when he learns to feel them around the age of seven.
The ego system – with time and after the formation of the soul, the feeling of lack also becomes cognitive. As a result, at the age of 8–10, the ego system is formed. The ego system maintains a relationship with the brain, and its role is to think thoughts.
Tools like criticism, judgment, frustration, and confusion are thoughts in the absence of a problem that the mind has not been able to solve. The ego changes the task for the mind. Instead of solving the problem, he makes the brain think of arguments that should justify the fact that the problem is unsolvable
Check the relationship between your arrays. Sometimes the lesson is much simpler than you thought.
