The consciousness of lack does help us connect with humanity, feel part of it, and speak a common language.
In practice, this consciousness of lack also has a history that does not always seem like a lack to us, but in both situations it allows us to create a new layer of ourselves – which will be easy for us to understand if we believe that we do not have the things we want. One of these results is the belief: “I can’t.”
This belief is the basis for the gaps between what exists and what you want. It is available and accessible to the soul to place on it all the abilities that a person should know about themselves on Earth – beyond all life lessons.
In this article, I will review 5 steps for identifying and dealing with barriers that stem from the assumption: I can’t.
The root of these barriers does not necessarily have to be a lack of self-belief, but rather the assumption that a person’s power is not equal to the power of reality. A lack or abundance of power governs the way we agree or oppose receiving energy from reality.
Step 1: Identifying the Feeling That Indicates a Block
The first step in identifying blocks is to connect with the emotions that arise in situations where we encounter difficulty or lack of progress. Feelings such as frustration, fear, anger, or a sense of failure may indicate the existence of a block. These are available blocks. In other situations, we will also identify apathy, smugness, or hyperactivity as places that draw our attention away from the blocks that require treatment. Pay attention to repetitive thoughts or moments when you feel like you are “stuck.” These are elusive thoughts. Sometimes they can indicate a block, but in most cases they will divert your attention from the places where the real blocks are supposed to be expressed.
There are two multidimensional axes of extreme feelings to identify blocks:
- If you feel uncomfortable or moderately unpleasant – you have probably encountered a block.
- If you feel extremely uncomfortable or unpleasant – you have probably encountered a distraction that masquerades as a block.
Step 2: Blocks speak the language of repetition
To understand the source of the block, look for recurring patterns in your events and feelings. Ask yourself: In which areas of my life do I experience this difficulty again and again? Are there certain situations in which I tend to feel particularly blocked? Documenting behaviors and patterns over time can lead to insights into the block.
In such situations, most people confuse blocks with roots. The law of space on Earth discusses cause and effect. Therefore, there is a widespread belief that it is an illusion of bypassing the belief “I can’t”. Therefore, the root of the belief is not always the key to the solution. In fact, all the roots of the blocks are the same and stem from the mind’s interpretation of “I want” as “I can’t.”.
I suggest that you take the issue of ability as a tool to calm the need to get to the root of the matter and see in it the same answer to various types of barriers and impasses.
Step 3: The Authority of the Barrier
Many barriers arise from encounters at different angles of energy with the justifications of the sentence “I can’t.”
Young children who encounter this sentence for the first time try to adapt it to the situations that happen to them. In practice, it does not sound real to them, so they rush to anchor it in reality. The more cases are identified in which the illusion of inability is expressed, the stronger the belief becomes. In fact, this is an attempt to transfer the responsibility for anchoring the belief in internal reality from the personality to external reality.
In most cases, the greater the evidence that there is regarding the presence of the barrier in reality, the greater the need to justify the barrier as an integral part of reality. This part is not a decree of fate and does not make the barrier permanent and unchangeable. In other words, people who feel blocked for a long time use the block to explain everything that happens to them as a whole and turn the block into a character trait.
In most cases, the common difficulty in freeing themselves from a block is to free themselves from the quantity and quality of explanations it provides for the lack of progress and a deeper immersion in the belief of lack.
Step 4: Understanding the connection between the block and reality
A block is a way of expressing the belief that you cannot. Any action that causes you to find justifications and proofs in reality for your inability distances you from the possibility of seeing reality as it is. On the other hand, the belief in inability is a two-way belief because its source comes from a dual world. Imagine that everything that happens around you is ambiguous. You have to use logic that does not belong to you and a world of terms that does not belong to you in order to direct the meaning to where you want it.
The way the block manifests itself in your reality is the way you behave towards yourself.
Ask yourself: How does reality treat me as I treat myself? This way you can recognize the need that you are receiving a response to thanks to the block and give this need a different response. The world is flooded with tools for overcoming blocks, but remember—overcoming and releasing are completely different. If you overcome blocks, you can also release them while looking at them from all perspectives at the same time. You have the ability to do this, because your blocks are what keep you two-dimensional while you are multidimensional and multi-purpose.
Step 5: Identify the tools to overcome the block
After you have understood the essence of the block and its impact on your life, look for tools that will help you deal with it. This could be conversations with a therapist, energy healing techniques, meditation, or working with a journal in which you record thoughts and feelings. Define small, clear steps to deal with the block, and remember that every progress, even if small, is significant in the journey to releasing the blocks and self-fulfillment.
Do not try to end the process too early. Dealing with blocks is dealing with your part of the role within the web of universal occurrence. You are multidimensional, and you can release your multidimensional part within the web of time if you only choose to observe your block as raw energy that is about to become a multidimensional pulse in which everything happens simultaneously with the other and in the freedom to be in front of it, with it and through it.
