Changing awareness, consciousness and the relationship between them is one of the topics that preoccupy most people who are developing spiritually. There is no doubt that many methods from the dawn of history try to give words, concepts, and definitions to the language of awareness and consciousness.
The aspiration for consciousness is the aspiration to create as many approaches as possible to the internal knowledge system, as a tool to be used in the conduct of the internal reality versus the external reality.
The aspiration for awareness is the aspiration to know as many layers of consciousness as possible as an integral part of identifying with the personality.
It is clear to everyone why most perspectives on spiritual development focus on the development of awareness and consciousness. The attempt to free oneself from the state of oblivion causes people to search as the first goal upon entering the spirit world for answers regarding their character lines.
Consciousness and awareness can be seen as containing information regarding the optimal reasons, methods, recommendations, and aspirations for man to adopt a behavior pattern that will complete his sense of lack built into him as an integral part of the experience of life on earth.
In this article, I would like to recommend a broader perspective than awareness and consciousness.
It is important to answer the question – what is the goal of personal development? Why should you start the process of personal development with a spiritual approach?
In the first step, it is important to find the motive.
The motive is not a result, but an internal reason that does not belong to the outside world, i.e. not an obsessive attempt to achieve a certain result. The internal reason, or the motive, can be a striving for an internal change in the point of view, a desire to adopt certain qualities or powers, an attempt to feel existence instead of remaining stuck in the axis of fullness and lack, and more.
Finding the motive is the primary goal in maintaining personal development. The very awareness of the motive reflects the given state of the internal reality in front of an external reality that one wants to maintain. In most cases, people who are not aware of their motive, look for a certain result to explain the importance and meaning they give to their story. This importance usually describes how they will make their lives more comfortable. Here too there is a contradiction between the human goal and the goal of development. The transition from comfort to development takes us to the second stage of working outside of consciousness.
The second stage in working outside of consciousness is related to an even more technical aspect – the preparation stage. Most people find themselves looking for answers in the world of personal development as an alternative to answers that are considered more acceptable. That is, most people will find themselves in the first stage trying to adjust the motivation of the pain, despair loss, and helplessness they came with to the world of personal development, to a value that is closer to their world. Readiness is the possibility of synchronizing the layer of feeling in the personality, and the ability to “get carried away” for a moment to a complete union between the spiritual quality and the human personality.
The stage of readiness moves from a hierarchical level to mutual work, a person who goes through this stage understands that he also has the authority to teach the world of souls and not just see it as a hierarchy for him. Over time, and as a person realizes that the world of souls learns from him, mutual work is done of narrowing the gap between what is desired and what is found and listening to the person’s music within the entirety of his life. Although the matter is contrary to logic – listening to the individual creates an understanding of unity. The personal is a kind of “ear” within the general.
The third and final step deals with creating anchors. Through what values, principles, or ideas does a person want to develop? This stage is a key stage for entering a balanced personal development process. A person who regains the right to choose his thoughts, feelings, desires, and beliefs creates a system of decisions that corresponds to this root choice.
This way you can prevent advance entry into barriers or delays in the development process, the road is already paved and all that remains is to follow it.
After you have gone through all these steps, you are ready to choose an inner path for yourself, and if you want (it is not mandatory, but a possibility) to use an external person’s point of view to do so and start the process of personal development and connection to your strengths.
thanks that you are here,
