Energy gap – can there be a defense that prevents us from feeling protected?

Our life lessons are a gap between what is desired and what is found. It is hard for people to accept that they are creating a reality that they are not comfortable in. In fact, creating a reality that is unpleasant in it is actually a way for the subconscious to respond to a need. That is, we do not consciously believe that we are supposed to receive an answer to that need, and then the subconscious creates a situation in which the need is fulfilled.
For example: people who want to achieve goals and therefore prevent themselves from resting.

Another example of this is people who want to be non-judgmental, so give up their judgment (authentic judgment).
A deliberate gap between what is desired and what is found, just like a life lesson, is the soul’s way of showing us in practice that there are abilities that we can pull out and bring out of ourselves. As long as there is a delay in retrieving these abilities, due to some practical laws of space, there is a delay in the rate of life.
This delay creates an energy gap. The intention of the soul begins to move away from the actual doing of things by
the hands of man.

As authenticity is far from the person, the personality is swallowed up in an energetic gap and needs urgent protection.
This article is served as a service to any person who feels confused, in any degree, in front of the authentic essence of his soul.

What is an energy gap?

An energy gap is a prolonged state in which the soul tries to send signals to the person about a certain authentic choice that he should make, but he refuses. An energy gap is created from the assumption that misunderstanding = disagreement on a certain level with what is happening. In most cases, the reason for refusing to recognize the authentic essence stems from a contradiction with the personality.

There are internal standards or criteria that cannot be met, but the personality has not yet recognized that this is an impossible task. As a result, the subconscious feels a conflict between the voice of the personality and the voice of the soul and creates a gap or middle ground. In the case of a life lesson, it is a lesson broker. But if it is an energy that requires healing, it is a healing medium. These mediators “corner” the person and the soul at the same time. Being “backed into a corner” causes energetic compression.
All this is based on the assumption that the more a person feels compression, the more he feels reduction, pain, and then a motivation for change. Sometimes, dealing with a life lesson can become extreme because we have come
to mediation.

The reasons for the formation of an energy gap

As mentioned, the main motive for the formation of an energy gap is an internal conflict between the acquired personality lines and the authentic essence of the soul. The reasons for the formation of an energy gap are based on this motive, but it can have 3 different ramifications:

  1. Cognitive gap – the mind refuses to include a topic that would put the existing beliefs at risk. The need for protection in this context will be expressed as a feeling of attack by parasitic and black entities.
  2. Intuitive gap – excessive clinging to current abilities instead of agreeing to grow to the next level of abilities. The need for protection in this context is to protect against the fear attack of the collective consciousness and consent to growth. All this from the assumption that a specific problem is solved by a universal change.
  3. A practical gap – a gap that is based on a desire that is not fulfilled in reality and the difficulty of creating the desired life. The need for protection in this context is in-depth treatment to preserve the bodies and prevent unwanted invasions and involvements (key and harmful).

Types of energy gaps

We can classify the energy gaps according to many criteria. In fact there are no types of energy gaps that are not classified by energy gap. If we use our cognition to classify a certain energy gap, we will understand an energy gap through another gap. Therefore, in order to classify the energy gaps it is important to understand the reasons for the existence.

  1. Personal motives – Is there a part of you that opposes your authenticity? In such a situation you do not need to deal with energy protection. No energetic protection will undertake to interfere with your free choice, unless it is impure.
  2. Spiritual motives – a situation in which your soul has undergone real trauma on earth that will accompany it throughout the reincarnation. In such a situation, after the soul finishes its life incarnation, it undergoes a special treatment with the element of light. It is not possible to undergo this type of treatment in the physical body. The energetic protection in a situation of such a gap is to return the damaged part to the soul world so that it can undergo treatment and return to the body.
As long as you recognize the motive of your energy gap, you can treat your need for energy protection in a matter-of-fact manner and not confuse it with flooding.

How to reduce energy gap?

You can reduce your energy gap on your own without depending on external help. You can also choose to help or cooperate with souls whose healing element you feel suits you. Reducing the energy gap and making sure it doesn’t happen again includes the following steps:

  1. Identifying the conflict – what is the voice of the personality and what is the voice of the soul?
  2. Choosing a way to unite the voices into one action plan.
  3. Renewed listening to the natural frequency over time.
Finally, the natural frequency will be ready again for distribution in space.
These are the basics of energy protection.

Recommended energy protections

If you feel that you have an energy gap, or you want to help a close person who is facing such a gap, you can choose one of two ways:

  1. Turn to spiritual life coaching – cooperate with a professional who understands the field and can guide you to manage your energy in a more balanced way without getting into energy conflicts in the first place.
  2. Go through the steps shown in the previous paragraph, and narrow the gap on your own. Remember that if you choose to deal with this gap alone – you create from the assumption that everything that happens in your life, happens because you created it.

The development is in your hands!
