Introduction
“Self-destruction”, “defense mechanism”, “fear of success”, can sound like concepts contrary to human nature if we look at them through intellectual logic. Emotionally, many people prevent themselves from fulfilling their authentic desires due to fears, habits and conditioning. Fear splits the inner voice into duality; the desire to fulfill and fear.
Fear of fulfillment is based on the belief that this fulfillment has a price. No matter what it is, fear explains exactly how it is impossible to deal with it.
The most basic authentic desire on Earth is the desire to fulfill. While fear is an excited emotion that stems from a crisis of trust that was based precisely on this feeling. Fulfillment is a complete merger with the collective consciousness.
It is a choice to transfer all the information that flows within you and exists in your possession to a complete merger with the information that flows in the world. To make the information that until before fulfillment you saw as exclusive to you accessible and exists as a potential for every person.
A price of this magnitude may feel like the loss of uniqueness.
Fear and uniqueness
The sense of uniqueness turns self-identity into a template that needs to be maintained according to the lack consciousness. The higher the resolution of uniqueness, the more sensitive the person is and the more thoughts can be turned into facts to be feared. This meeting point between fear and uniqueness is like training for fear.
In a few situations, the fear will be of lack of fulfillment. But in most cases after this meeting point many people will try to prove their values as the most available strategy to show the world how unique they are. In this situation, the desire becomes a sign in the journey of authenticity to inner strength. Inertia of your intuition to demonstrate your value in your own eyes through the outside world. The collective consciousness of the world also discusses the origin of fears, whether they are based on traumas or experiences for, family patterns, completely logical reasons or emotional imbalance. These are symptoms of one phenomenon – the meeting point between an authentic desire strong enough to stand up to a crisis of trust that creates fear.
Connection between the soul and the inner desire
People have two types of desires:
- Authentic desires are desires that are a sign that shows what information from the intuition the soul is asking you to implement at that moment.
- Quick desires: desires based on a lack motive whose goal is to satisfy a need that you do not believe you can satisfy in any other way.
Quick desires will be the desires that in most cases will meet the fears, but not necessarily.
The distinction between the two types of desire shows exactly when the meeting point with fear occurs.
In other words, the pattern of fear of fulfillment is:
Desire + price = feeling of fear.
Desire without price = feeling of falsehood.
Price without desire = a given situation that is grounded in reality.
Treating Fears
Fear can be dealt with relatively easily because it is not a defense mechanism but a reflex that varies between different situations. However, treating fear in most cases will be done with symptoms. Treating the roots of fear is actually treating the initial crisis of trust that arose in your incarnation.
Here are some recommendations for choosing a treatment for fear:
- Trust – Choose a treatment in which you can share responsibility with other parties. As long as everything is not in your hands, there is no trigger for fear to arise.
- Free choice – Do not give up your responsibility, even if it is not the sole responsibility. You are the one who will have the last word about what happens.
- Releasing conditioning: Fear is based on conditioning; as long as your treatment is based on conditioning, it will raise other fears for you.
Note – fear is indeed a reflex, but it creates background noise that can steal all the attention of your consciousness. Like the gatekeeper of your dreams, it directs all your attention into what is happening in the gap between you and the world. If you close this gap, your fear will not prevent you from fulfilling any desire. Fear can even join your desire and help it be fulfilled with maximum sensitivity to the available resources without turning them into a chore.
