Happiness is a fairly famous aspiration among people who think, especially among those who think too much. Happiness is a constant state of well-being, appreciation for the internal and external resources in our lives, and recognition of our abilities as self-evident. It does not depend on external factors but uses them to express the desires and passions that come from it.
It is common to think that happiness is expressed in the mental aspect only. However, it is not possible to isolate a feeling to only one internal activity set. Happiness is expressed on all levels. From ego, mind, emotion, thought, and intuition. People who allow happiness to manifest on all levels, just like a life lesson that goes through each of these arrays – bring it to the body.
In this way, you can experience real physical happiness.
Happiness as a state of mind
Physical happiness is not a condition that depends on the outside. It is an internal state of consciousness that experiences the ability to expand and contract at will, along with its availability to abilities that help it expand this state of consciousness.
One of the natural states of the mind is to create reality.
Every thought, emotion, or desire that you identify with becomes, from the point of view of the mind, a reality that you can live in. To a situation that you instinctively conclude is part of the external reality.
For happiness to become a real result, it is necessary to assimilate it on all levels. This is not an easy task, especially since certain issues such as fear, illness, disappointment or sorrow have certain layers that convince us that we do not deserve to be happy. Sometimes happiness can contradict the natural activity of certain voices within us. This contradiction should be reconciled with the help of changing priorities. Using energy as a tool to feel and then understand; This change of priorities assimilates happiness on all levels, including in the body.
Happiness in life
If you look around you, you will find many reasons to be happy and just as many reasons to be unhappy. Happiness in life, just like sadness, or any other emotion is a temporary state that depends on your mind. As long as you agree to maintain the situation, it will happen in your life. As long as there is a voice within you that opposes the existence of happiness, it will not be able to take part in your life in a place related to that voice.
Body happiness
Our body can heal itself. This is an ability that is embedded in him long before the invention of external ways to intervene, accelerate or engineer his actions. Physical happiness includes three main factors:
1. Serenity – the ability to differentiate and connect ourselves to the overall unity.
2. The right to believe – the ability to choose that what we want will happen. (The driving force of the body is free choice)
3. Love – the ability to want things that support authenticity and do not fill a lack.
Mind happiness
Assuming that we define this as a state of peace while finding the uniqueness within the total unity. The mind is not built to be happy. The mind is built on definitions, separations and uniqueness. He does not distinguish between imagination and reality, and therefore cuts the definition in half for us and does not include the unity with everything that exists: all in me and I in all.
Therefore this type of happiness is the ability to manipulate the mind into a reactive array. An array that receives energy from the outside and creates a strategy to make it a reality without initiating it himself.
A state in which the mind is in its role is state of mind happiness
This situation also matches the definition from the previous step of the article. Connecting to the inner uniqueness and creating solutions, and then unifying them with the outer reality.
Body of happiness
In this way it is possible to create a body of happiness – that is, a physical body that can choose its own beliefs and create its reality as long as it corresponds to the authentic self.
It is important to remember to add to this reality mechanisms that will prevent or change the process of fulfillment and peace within it if it is an inauthentic desire or an unconscious self-defense.
These mechanisms can prevent things from coming true, excessive or minimal fulfillment, and different reactions to the environment in reality.
