All people on Earth will encounter difficulties during their lives. They are not supposed to be aware of themselves or their soul’s journey before they were born in order to encounter deep dissatisfaction every time issues do not progress as they would like. The purpose of this article is to map the issue of difficulty in a cross-sectional mapping from beginning to end and then to offer effective ways to cope. Therefore, we must begin by classifying difficulties into two main types:
- Internal difficulty—a gap between the desired and the present that requires internal change—in most cases will manifest as a life lesson.
- External difficulty: a deliberate clinging to the belief of lack to describe the lack of access to required knowledge. Your soul will usually interpret this as a request for knowledge and will begin to send you explanations in the form of cases in external reality and internal reality.
In other words, any case or emotion that you interpret as difficulty is actually a request from our soul to access knowledge that is not in our awareness but is in our consciousness. There are 3 main steps that can be used to map the difficulties and prepare the toolbox in advance to deal with them.
Step 1 – Sources of the two types of difficulties:
As mentioned, difficulty describes the lack of access to certain knowledge. It can be a set of data, energy, an entity, or
a place. Every soul has access to all sources of knowledge, while its internal magnets are the ones that create its choice and attraction to different places. There are three main reasons for the illusion that this access is blocked:
- Holding on to the belief in lack—on Earth, the collective consciousness and the lessons of life are still expressed through a gap between lack and abundance. Confusion, a sense of implosion, fears, doubt, and lack of understanding are created when a process of attachment is created between the person and the collective consciousness in which he lives.
- Renunciation of free choice – following a sweeping wave of energy such as falling in love, pain, fear, control that causes a person to give up their free choice.
- Portal Blasts: multidimensional existence within a chronological timeline. In most cases, joint, bone, and muscle problems are clear signs of this. Alternatively, it can also be expressed in listening to others within yourself who are temporarily defined as yourself.
Step 2 – Stories about difficulties
There is no doubt that difficulty invites change. Therefore, it is important to recognize the stories that prevent people from making the change they want. These explanations are explanations that stem from the ego system and tell why overcoming difficulty is the development and not the extraction of the ability that stems from it.
There are three main ways that people will use to explain situations of change:
- Resistance to change – The terms “habit” or “internal resistance” will usually be used for the first and most common story. People who believe that their inner voices are the ones that cause change not to happen.
Internal change does lead to external change, but not during a time of difficulty because the difficulty is the inner voice and therefore this character’s place in the story is taken. - Interpretation of difficulty as a life lesson – Many people interpret their difficulties as life lessons. In practice, a life lesson should not become a difficulty, unless the person chooses to deny and resist it.
- “Energetic cleansing” – This section is the most elusive of all the stories about difficulties.
Many people tell themselves and even actually go through energies that they must “cleanse” in order to create change. In practice, these energies are a connection that changes between them and the collective consciousness.
Step 3 – How to overcome difficulty on the spiritual journey?
Difficulty is an interpretation of a lesson in a more prominent way so that you can pay attention to it.
Therefore, there is no need to interpret the difficulty as a specific energy system except for emphasis.
Changing the interpretation that created the difficulty is done in the following steps:
- Identify the gap between what you want and what you have in your life or the knowledge that you believe you do not have access to or the ability to reach.
- Stabilize yourself emotionally—calm any need to interpret the meaning of the feeling of not having access to this knowledge. Avoid the question “What does this say about me?”.
- Look at the difficulty from other perspectives – write down all your interpretations of the difficulty, even if you only believe in one of them.
- Avoid the need for proof – you do not need proof to regain the right to choose what to believe.
- Release dependence on the outcome – your difficulty is not supposed to be “solved.” You are supposed to move to a dimension where your attention is organized more broadly than the difficulty, and therefore the difficulty is not found.
Goal Focus
One of the most famous disadvantages of difficulties is a lack of goal focus. Difficulties draw our attention to places we didn’t know existed and divert us from our planned path. There is no judgment or wrong in this, we are not supposed to choose a side in the duality between planning and spontaneity. But we must maintain our free choice at every stage. As long as we drift after the difficulty, our goal will move away from us and it will be harder for us to return to it when we choose it again. This lack of drift is actually in focusing on the goal.
The biggest key to this focus is the deep understanding that we are the ones who create our own development; therefore we have a responsibility to sustain it.
In conclusion, the difficulties in your spiritual journey stem from a growing interpretation of your belief that you do not have access to all knowledge. As long as you feel that you are part of the universe and you agree to accept that a greater power sustains you while you sustain (choose) other powers to sustain you, you do not need to use difficulties as a tool for development.
Listen to your soul; your path there is not through awareness but through a consciousness open to the expressions of Heaven’s love.
