“The Healing Crisis”/ Why does it hurt to feel good?

Each desire that is realized is accompanied by the loss of an older latent desire. Man, in his lack of awareness, does not define it as a desire and in fact stops his development process. Since every desire becomes a loss and gives way to new desires and so on. The person can define that desire as a thought, emotion, intuition or even relationships with a person or group. The desire is actually the end of a change and not the beginning.

End of a process that did not go through body, emotion or thought.

The change is the tip of the iceberg of an unconscious process in which memories are released and new ones are created.

This process sustains a person’s awareness, before it becomes a conscious awareness that the person can pay attention to.

There are two types of desires:

1. Desire to change – desire to change a situation or to change one’s point of view towards the situation.

2. Desire to create – desire to implement a solution that is not found in the same place in any state of accumulation.

A request for healing is experienced by a person as a “desire to change” a physical or emotional process that happens in his body as a result of an external influence. This effect can be trauma, panic, fear, contaminated materials, or any other external factor.

A person’s desire to change can have several goals:

1. Desire to change in order to cause greater comfort.

2. A desire to change in order to bring about understanding and clarity.

3. A desire to change in order to raise the level of emotional security.

At this stage, the first illusion is created in the healing process. That is, a person who wants to heal, thinks about greater comfort, clarity or security, instead of being focused on the process. The thought of the future is itself deceptive. The process is the goal because the process leads to awareness and not the result.

The person who waits in the future is not the same person who thinks about the issue in the present. This is a first step in a crisis that will be mediated throughout.

The active parts of cognition in the healing process:

1. Recognition – the totality of information available in a person.

2. Consciousness – the totality of information that exists in a person and has received words and concepts.

3. Awareness – the totality of information that exists in a person and has received words, concepts and usage.

4. Thought – a part of knowledge existing in a person who has received words, concepts, usage and meaning.

The parts of consciousness that are not active in the healing process:

1. Additional bodies – any additional body besides the physical body that holds a certain angle of existence.

2. Time – the parts of consciousness that remained in the past, present and future without connection to attention.

3. Identification – transition from one identity to another for the purpose of a common emotion.

(The person’s identification with another person, and identification with an emotion that does not necessarily belong to me)

The parts of consciousness that are active in the healing process are not active while a wish is being realized. They are concerned with diverting the person’s attention from the process to keep him at a sufficient level of symptoms so that the desire can be fulfilled at the same time. Therefore, the exchange between the result of the healing and the result of the desire, replaces the active and inactive parts of the healing itself. As a result, processes that are the healing itself begin to go through a process of healing.

Healing is a specific type of mourning, which does not belong to a negative connotation and promotes discarding one identity and putting on a new identity in favor of a set of principles that govern recognition. For example: if a person suffers from migraines, and his choice of migraines is to take time off, as soon as he is cured of the migraines he has pain relief, but now he experiences disappointment because he has no reason to be on time off, he asks himself (unconsciously) how will I take time off no headache He needs to find another way to be free.

There is a contradiction in the definition of healing as grief. Do people initiate a grieving process for themselves? This mechanism is often expressed in the field of labor. Just as labor causes a mother to experience severe pain, but after them she gives birth several times in her life, so does healing. The inner intoxication of the healing goal creates an illusion which is the way and the process. The survival defense mechanism responsible for focusing on the outcome is what allows the human race to continue to seek healing. Basically the human race uses the elements of illusion and survival as mediators
