Getting to know the mirror, is one of the most useful tools for understanding our interaction with reality. The mirror is an energetic tool shared by people and their reality.
To know how to use it – just like the purpose of this article, it is important to define terms:
Reality – any form of existence external to a person that he recognizes as affecting him but not a part of him.
Interaction – a relationship between two or more factors based on reciprocity and cooperation.
Each party gives and receives at the same time, and there is no connection between giving and receiving – they are one.
A life lesson – a gap between what is desired and what is found in a certain area designed to train a person to receive a tool to help him accomplish the goal for which his soul chose to come into the world.
mirror- an energetic tool that describes an absolute identity between a part that a person recognizes as reality and the person’s behavior towards himself.
In other words: how do I treat myself the way reality treats me?
Human thinking and thinking of mirrors – 180 degrees
Thinking is an action of the brain. The brain receives ideas and through linking strategies connects them to activity and implementation in reality. That is, the brain – the most available tool for a human to think through, begins to think from a starting point opposite to that of reality.
The person begins to think from the application – the examples, the cases, the specific relationships.
On the other hand, the mirror creates “unifying terms” – a connection between the person’s internal reference to cases inside or outside of him.
A human being thinks from the material to the abstract, while a mirror proceeds from the abstract to the tangible.
What is a mirror?
A mirror is an energetic tool that reflects to us a new layer of awareness about ourselves through a certain behavior of reality. A mirror can be expressed in external situations, in relationships, in personal cases, or disturbances in routine and daily routine.
Mirrors can be expressed even in cases that are not experienced as a difficulty, problem, or disturbance.
But in such cases, likely, most people will not consider them and consider them unimportant. The brain system from which a person thinks relates more clearly to cases that raise negative emotions than to cases that raise positive emotions.
Therefore, a mirror is an external visual representation of the behavior we unconsciously conduct ourselves.
What are the uses of a mirror?
Appearance is the key to our relationship with reality. We use mirroring for several stages in our development, especially in the initial stages of developing our classes:
1. Identifying blocking behavior patterns.
2. Using the mirror as the soul’s way of communicating with man.
3. Passing lessons easily and pleasantly, under the control and at the person’s choice.
Practically, how do you recognize that I have a mirror?
Appearance is often expressed in 4 main layers:
1. Visible interaction – if you have a blockage, blowouts, or difficulty with a situation or certain people, you have a mirror in this place.
2. Covert interaction – if you feel overconfident, or you try to be present to prove the values you believe in in every situation, then you have a mirror in this place.
3. Interaction on the equator of awareness – interaction between the desired result and the motive (the reason why a person wants to do things). When there is no coordination between the motive and the desired result there will be a mirror.
4. Interaction that is integrated into another person’s communication outline – as long as you speak from other people’s throats, you will have a mirror in front of them and through their behavior.
Three stages of development through a mirror
1. Ask yourself – where do I treat myself the way reality treats me?
2. 2. Check – what need does the behavior you found meet?
3. Think – what other answer, more conducive to your development can you give to the same need?
4. Make sure the mirror has passed – check what price you think you will pay for the transition between needs, compared to the price you will pay?
I would be happy to chat with you about your mirrors – and help you discover their principle.
